Shar-Lee, lots of yorkies are neutered around 6 months of age so that any stubborn baby teeth that haven't come out can be pulled at that time. Some dogs will hump all their life. Some never do. If it bothers you just remove his little stuffed rottie and see if he finds a replacement. Hey if you were a yorkie and could be dominant over a rottie what would you do??? lol! Go get em you fiesty lil guy!
