i want to be selfish and post my myspace link so you can see what i did. the HARDEST part was taking that first picture of my butt in a bikini. i have some blogs on it too, but what got me started was a book:
The Lean Body Challenge, by Lee Labrada.
i've since moved on to 9wks to a perfect butt (or something like that) and the Clean Eating Diet Book, both by Tosca Reno.
now she has a cookbook out also and it's on it's way to my door.
please when you look at the scales, don't be discouraged like i can be because remember, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!
don't punish yourself for eating a small amount of something you love occassionally. and besides, i've found the healthier i eat consistently, the less tasty fried stuff and supersweet foods become. (and the fried stuff makes me feel sooo gassy.. gross, i know...and sometimes kinda nauseous!).
i'm baring it all for you ladies and i promise my myspace is mostly family friendly since my sisters and mom are on it. look at the first pics and then the very last set.
i'm with you all here, and tho you might think i'm silly and small, i'm wanting to be Fit and Healthy.
