Baby Blessing will be two years old day after tomorrow, this is her Happy Birthday poem I wrote for her. Hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures later. We are so thankful to have her in our lives she sure did help us get through one of lifes most difficult times.

Happy Birthday Baby Blessing

When God called Cassie home to him, forever to be,
Our hearts were left empty, both Daddy and Me.

God knew we needed another so special, to love and adore,
Lest we knew not HIS future plans for us, what joys were in store.

We looked and looked but none could compare,
To the Love that we held for Cassie and wanted to share.

Then one day, God led us to the perfect one,
We give so much thanks to HIM and Jesus HIS Son.

Oh Baby Blessing you truly are,
You light up our lives like a bright shining star.

Thanks be to God for loving us so, bringing you into our lives and so much more,
Giving our hearts to HIM was life’s ultimate goal, one door closes and HE opens another door.

We hope your day is special, Daddy and I will try to make it so,
DollieDae will help, we’ll all three watch your little eyes glow.

Off to plan your party, got so much to do,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY BLESSING, WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR YOU.

I think she has the look in those little eyes as to say, "Come on DollieDae, Mommie, Daddie, I'm ready to party. "
