Hi, I'm not sure what advice you got before so please forgive me if this is repeating what they said already.

First of all, I would take her to the vet to make sure she doesn't have a UTI.

If that is clear, this is what I would do--

You need to take her out every 30 minutes to hour, without exception.

Put on her harness and leash her to you so that you can tell if she is going to potty and get her outside quickly.

Do not give her the opportunity to have an accident... stay on a consistant schedule.

Make sure if she eats or drinks, she is outside 15 minutes later with you to potty.

Give her a treat and say good POTTY in the happiest voice you can so that she knows she did good when she goes potty outside
