i know i shouldn't be weighing myself in the middle of the week since weigh in is on monday's...but it's a habit. i get up in the morning, pee, weigh myself LOL plus...i am curious to know if my hard work is paying off

i have been drinking TONS of water!!!!! nothing but water. i am allowing myself one day a week where i can drink other things...but in very limited quantities.

i'm so proud of myself we can all do this...together!!

That stinks but good for you to not letting it get you down.
Looks like we're neck and neck for weight loss. I was so tempted
to get on the scale this morning but didn't. I hope I at least lost
a couple lbs this week. I've been doing good, I think.
