ok...so i posted that i thought my scale was wrong b/c the dr. that came to my house...they weighed me at 141. my scale was weighing me at 149 just minutes before she got here.
well...i have been weighing myself based on that. taking 8 lbs off of what my scale says. well...my scale is right. hers was wrong (which i am ok with because it gets me a better price on life insurance LOL) but i still have a long road ahead of me. the good news is that I think I have lost 4 lbs in about a week.!!!!!!!!! so i am still doing good!!! just not as close to my goal as I thought I was!!
I weighed in at 144.5
my top weight was 154
so i am doing ok
i know i shouldn't be weighing myself in the middle of the week since weigh in is on monday's...but it's a habit. i get up in the morning, pee, weigh myself LOL plus...i am curious to know if my hard work is paying off
i have been drinking TONS of water!!!!! nothing but water. i am allowing myself one day a week where i can drink other things...but in very limited quantities.
i'm so proud of myself

we can all do this...together!!
