I had a cocker who did that...cockers are famous for that..he never ever outgrew it...he did it if you were about to go outside, if someone new came or if you talked to sweetly to him...I wish I were more help but I am interested in knowing more answers even though he is long gone..you might want to buy some diapers for her..there are lots of people on here who make some really adorable ones!!
