WOW that is scary and im soooooo sorry for what happened to you guys, esp your poor baby!!! I honestly don't get how you can accidently cut an ear.. I really don't... I know accidents happen... but yeah I do Princess's grooming and I'm not saying I'm perfect.. I have cut a little too short sometimes but never made her bleed once..
I'm glad you are going to do the grooming yourself... it's not that hard to do..good luck!!
