Vainchick & Missy,

I think the California real estate bubble will eventually pop, and all the people who bought million-dollar shacks are going to lose equity.

We are the lucky ones, really, because we don't have a $4000 mortgage, and we can actually afford the Haagan Daaz and not the Safeway Select!

Just be patient, and we'll eventually get our houses at the right price.
