Were you planning on showing in conformation? It doesn't sound like so since you aren't confident in the breeder selling you a purebred pup let alone something capable to go in the ring or be bred.
I wouldn't worry about it personally. I think she's all Yorkie and she's cute as hell.

Thanks.. I feel better now.. no I trust the breeder fully.. I really don't think she would do anything like that to me or to anyone. Also, I signed a contract.. she has to be spayed at 6 months. I didn't want to breed her anyways. nor did I have any interest to show her. I love her marking.. just love them.. my other yorkie was the same way.. she is now 9 months old and only has some black by her mouth.. very pretty. I love the dark faces. I don't care if she keeps the black.
