I want this for Tia!!! It's adorable!! My only concern is this ... her girth is 13 inches. You said the girth can be adjusted to be made smaller or bigger, so I'm guessing it would fit her.
What do you think? The length should be fine for her.

PS - Is this a slip on dress or does it have velcro on the belly? I hope it's a slip on. I hate velcro closure style dresses ... they never stay closed!
