Hello!

I have a question! When a breeder says that a puppy is available "to a foster or co-ownership" what exactly does that mean?? (The breeder is a show breeder.) Does the breeder or foster/co-owner pay vet costs, training costs, etc....? If a person would become a "foster" for a puppy, does that mean the breeder will take the puppy back later?
