Do you mean you want to put it on his butt bc it's dry? Or was the diarrhea comment just an fyi? I"m confused.
For the skin...hmmm...direct oils on the skin can sort of "suffocate" it, causing even more problems. So I'm not sure about direct application. You may want to give internal fish oil/omegas instead...
