TOTALLY agree. The only time I go outside of this plan is if the baby is truly prone to hypo "overnight", then I recommend giving a pea size dollop before bedtime, and when they wake up (unless you feed immed.).
Okay, and the only other time...many folks give it a couple times a day when they first bring their pup home from the breeder bc increased stress can lead to sugar instabilities.
