Also, I sold a bottle of perfume once on eBay to a lady in Canada. Needless to say, I didn't know that wasn't allowed. Anyway, I sent it AND it was received in Canada, but Canada wouldn't give it to her b/c it was perfume, so they "destroyed" it.  She went to Paypal to say she never got it (even though she was notified by Canada PO) and Paypal gave her her money back!!!!!!! I was SOOOOOOOOOO pissed off! 
So anyway, that stinks that Paypal changed their policy! I guess I better read up on that!  |
Nawww paypal didnt change thier policy, as a matter of fact i just got a refund back this summer. I am sure with even the proof that was given in this thread the money would have been refunded less a fee. That is why I love paypal.
