OMG, that's terrible. Looks like there's no one around to give you advice at this hour. I know nothing about newborn pups, so I'm relatively clueless.
I know toy breeds at 6 or 8 weeks can go into hypoglycemic shock. The recommendation for that is to give them Nutrical, which is a high-calorie paste.
I have no idea if that's the recommendation for week-old pups, though. But I know my dogs love it. You'd think it might help in your situation.
