yeah, the service is better than any of the other carriers here in the nashville area. the customer service kinda sucks cuz you have to wait FOREVER to talk to a person...BUT...we have never had to call except when we changed our numbers. but the wireless service is great. I have never had any problems at all. and all of their plans have unlimited local calling.
