I don't know for sure if this is your problem, but the first thing that rang bells to me was the corn starch in the food that you are feeding Kelli. I think that I have read somewhere that certain dogs have problems (allergies) with corn.

First thing that I would do is change out her food. Get a high quality food. that doesn't have any byproduct or fillers. Natual Balance Ultra is a good one and can be found at petco. Innova and Candidae are other good ones but I think that you have to go to specialty stores for these. There are plenty of threads on premium dog foods that you can do a search on to get more information on. They say when you switch food you should do it slowly, because of their tummies, but if I were you I would just do it cold turkey. Of course, play it by ear and see how it goes. But I would definately change the food, even if it is over a gradual period of time like you are supposed.

Odds are it is an allergy of some sort whether it be food or something else. So the bumps should go away in time. (not overnite )

I would definately talk to your vet. To see if there is some temporary relief that he can give...

But money would be on the food.
