Denise, I think you should write to the national news programs...I bet they would consider this story. it is an amazing story of love, heartbreak, dedication, sadness, lies, truth, and unimaginable kindness by that man that returned her to you. So many emotions...so many prayers...so many crazy things. Hey...YT may get some national attention as well  I really think it is worth a shot. It may give other dog owners out there some hope. and some insight. and help people to realize that dreams do come true!!! And also remind vets to SCAN FOR CHIPS...with every new patient!!!!!!!

I think she needs to also contact the city council where she lives and tell them her story and see if there is some way they can honor this wonderful man. Most cities have a "good samaritan" or some kind of hero award and if this man is not a hero, I don't know who is.
Count me in to contribute to find this sweet man his own furbaby to love.
