Plus even with a real service dog one of the most important things is they must be well trained. A blind person can bring their seeing eye dog anywhere but if the dog is barking out of control they can be asked to remove the dog and it would not be breaking the law.
I think a puppy being trained as a service animal they might let some things slide but if it's barking in a hotel room hours at a time you could have a problem.
It's not going to help you with the Disney situation but if I were you, I would start training this puppy as a service dog for your son. There are so many things dogs can be trained to do that will qualify them as service dogs.
