I am in the same boat. The closer I get to menopause, the oilier I get. I have yet to find a foundation that holds up all day. My latest thing is I use Lancomb Tint Vidal. I top that with a mineral foundation powder (very light) then finish with either Lancombe or Revlon Colorstay powder. I start blotting and applying more powder about 5-6 hours later, and this gets me through my 10 hour work day. I recently read that Vit. B5 will help slow oil production. I have some on order. You have to take mega doses of it for 2-3 months, then you can back off to a maintenance dose. Good luck!
