I completely agree with this. I've had male Yorkie fosters who were used for studs and they were very difficult. They would not leave any female alone at all and would have to be kept seperate. They marked every couple of steps they took. These dogs are extremely difficult to place because of this.
I personally would not buy a stud dog. You should also never buy without seeing them in person first. I'm sure if you were to go to that ladys house to observe the dog you would find him marking even with a belly band, trying to mark. There would also not be any females in the same room with him. She would have them out of his sight.
I hope if you get this dog, it is the same one she posted a picture of. All I can say to you is buyer beware.
