Not with AKC or IBC. IBC is only for Biewers. There are several club/registries in Germany that will register them. I have registered my puppies with ACH-L. Hanny is registered with HCLBeV in Germany and our dear Emmelie that was killed by a coyote was registered with the WRVeV.
Both the IBC and the ACH-L are under the DHZ group in Germany. I know all of these letters is very confusing. The simple answer the splitters are not with AKC, but with other groups.
