Can you help me with this question: How was the breed created? Were there many yorkies that produced these genes then they were bred to more yorkies that had the genes and the carriers were bred together to create biewers? Did it start with one biewer or two? It's hard for me to say, but do you understand what I am asking? Thanks
I will TRY to explain. . . The Biewers can be traced back to two standard yorkies. The name Biewer is the last name of the people in Germany that developed the breed. Here is ONE link to where there is pictures and info. http://biewer-btca.com/BiewerHistory.html
I know there are others, so if someone else wants to put another link on that is fine with me. I am just not taking the time at 2am to go looking for any others. (sorry for this last bit, but I have my reasons. I hope the reasons do not become aparent now that I gave you only one site. If so, I appologize ahead of time.)
