You are correct but when you have a standard by a kennel club and dogs dont meet those standard prices drop and pet quality is given without standards all choc are pet quality but see i believe even show dogs are pet quality they deserve same rights as there descendants and this would and could stop alot of the missleading like saying teacup there is no such thing they are runts rare they arent rare they are just high as hell in price its all politics either way you look at it basically i say tomatoe you say tomotoe
