IMO...
1) means to "weed" out and start over...spay/neuter what stock they have and start fresh with (hopefully) a good foundation stock...NOT KILL
2) the movement of the yorkie as it walks
4) the space where the muzzle and face meet
I'd try to guess at the other two but I'll just leave it for the experts.
