I wanted to edit a mistake or two in my previous post but I exceeded the time limit.
I also wanted to say that you won't lose your deposit if you cancel your room reservation. You can just transfer the $200.00 to park tickets.
Some areas of the Fort Wilderness Campground allow dogs if you wanted to RV (
). Not sure if that is something you would be interested in.
