Working out should be fun and enjoyable so i mix it up when possible. I walk my dog and jump rope do weights ride my bike or the stationary one and find it easier when i listen to my favorite music or audio book. (sigh) I have to trick myself into staying in shape.
OH, hot drinks make you feel full. Try a relaxing tea before bed or whenever it is too late to eat something hearty. And always remember your body needs fuel to stay strong so do not not eat, that would work until your body fails  |

I wish I could find an affordable excerise bike. The other day I told hubby I wanted a bike and wanted to start riding on the bike trail his school has. I dunno if anything will ever come of that though.
