Oh I'm so sorry for what you are going through. I will definately pray for you and your family that this issue gets resolved quickly and that you all find peace and comfort and stay in good health. I'm glad you at least have your little coco and nephew to comfort you, sometimes they are the only things that can bring a smile to your face. While I can't begin to understand what you are going through, I am always here if you need to talk.

I'm sorry I didn't understand -- Does the bank want to take your parent's house because of the crime they say your brother committed? If so, I can't see them formally proceeding on any action until he has gone to court and been convicted. If they are trying to repo the house for failure to pay, your parents might consider doing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy or chapter 7 (depending on the laws in your state). Chapter 13 will typically allow them to keep their house as long as they are not so far behind and without the other debt burdening them, they could make the payment easier.
