If he is actually wee-wee pad trained...congratulations! Syd is 7 months and is just getting it down pat now.
But if you want him to go outside just take the wee-wee pad outside with you when you are taking him. He will still go on the pad...just outside and eventually he'll get it. Lots of praise or treats every time he goes outside and no response when he goes inside on the pad.
