I'm....uh....speechless? It sounds like you love your little girl - so I do hope you reconsider and don't breed an under-3 pound female. You're
risking death for her, if you do.
And the vet's comment is shockingly ignorant. There are GREAT breeders here who can offer advice from their experience - so maybe they can help/comment.
