PetEdge.com has some cute, cheap sweaters. The only thing though is if you don't spend $60, you have to pay a $6.00 fee. But they have the cheapest I've seen. Petco and Petsmart have inexpensive sweaters too, and I saw some Halloween sweaters at Target last week.
