I wouldn't be too concerned yet. We have fur balls and not so furry ones. When Sissy was born she looked bald compared to the rest of the litter. As they grew, the others in the litter started sprouting hair everywhere and she was still very much skin with just little short hairs, and she was all ears. We called her Bat Girl for a long time. We decided to keep her because she was not a pretty puppy, certainly not like the rest of the litter. In fact my husband would say that no one would want her because of her hair, or lack there of to be more specific. He believed that some breeders would have destroyed her because of her look. At four years old her hair is still thin but she certainly is a beauty and she has really gorgeous pups.
Sissy is the first picture, second is of her daughter Roxie. Roxie looked just like Sissy when she was born but her hair grew and she has a beautiful coat.
