Good for you, Teri! Poor little Bandit. This guy sounds like a complete jerk. Good luck with protesting him and his store- give him what he deserves. I'm sure an editorial in the newspaper would be a great addition to your efforts. I'm not sure if they'll let you "bash" an area business, but you could write it like a "thank you" to your congressman for his help. Simply mentioning that a local pet shop has sick puppies and acted this way would be enough information to keep me away. Is the Division of Consumer Affairs like the Better Business Bureau? I'd definitely report him to the BBB if you haven't already.
