Have you heard of this? My friend got a small poodle from a breeder in Lexington, KY. The first pup she picked supposedly died and she got another in it's place. The breeder let the pup go early, at 7 weeks, she brought her home on Friday, she never got perky, Sunday she was sick, took her to the vet on Monday and they started IV's but didn't know what was really wrong. The pup died on Wednesday. They sent it off for an autopsy and it showed that the pup died from too much fat in it's liver. Any idea what causes that? The breeder has offered her another pup but she really doesn't want a third from that breeder and is trying to get her money back. I've never heard of it before and just wondered if anyone else had.
Thanks!
