I feel your pain. Sadie often misses too. You're right about the front feet being on the pad & butt off of it. (She does this outside too...front feet on the sidewalk & back feet in the grass & often aims wrong - she's a leg lifter - and hits the sidewalk & not the grass - geez you'd think I have a boy!) I haven't found a solution. I tried the litter box and she wouldn't get in it. I haven't tried the pad frames yet. They make these things that frame the pad. I'm thinking of trying that, but I'm afraid that she'll just pee on the frame & then I'm forever washing it too.
