I was going to say to use Kilz too. I am going to go with luxury vinyl I think because all of the flooring people I have talked to said hardwood is a definate no for dogs that arent potty trained. You can check it out at www.karndean.com. IT looks just like hardwood or you can get it in ones that look like ceramic tile too.
