Thanks everybody. Yeah, I don't REALLY think he's a dropout either. I'm just kinda thumbing my nose at the agility instructor who couldn't solve his fear of the banging teeter.
Shelby&Seymour, I picked up the ladder idea from agility training. They want the dogs to be aware of their feet. Other things I've used:
* Toss any kind of obstacles on the ground (tubes from gift wrapping are good) and then call your dog so they have to walk. They should be in scattered order so it takes some thought to get through them. Reward if they make it through without banging anything.
* Logs. I started Eddie on jumps by having him jump over short 6" logs.
* You an buy a $15-20 tunnel at Toys 'R Us. That's enough to give them an idea of what you want them to do.

Oh, and lastly, looking at the video, I'm appalled at how I dogged Jack! I was so focussed on Eddie and the video that I almost got him bonked on the head!
