Maybe you could call your local radio stations and give them the description, the area where she was found and a phone number....and maybe the tv stations too. Just a thought. BE SURE that if anyone calls you that you make them describe the dog to you (like keep some detail not public, so that you know that it's really their dog and not someone who might just want to take it for who knows what reasons
) and if there's a neighbor who might be able to come over if someone is comign to check the dog out so that you and your cousin aren't alone with a stranger.
