I make boys vest but not shirts, I made the one Rocco is wearing in my avatar. They have a d-ring to attach the leash.I sell them for 10 bucks without any embellishment, 12 with.
Also, if you find shirts you like without the whole you can have someone put one in for you.I t is usually just a regular buttonhole.
