Don't beat yourself up and many people are in overwhelm when they adopt. You do have a full schedule and when the time is right, you will be able to adopt again. Listen carefully
you are reaching out to rehome him in the right place, YT. This is a difficult decision for you, but the right one for your pup. In the days ahead until he is rehomed, he will sense the anxiety. Also, I would place a belly band on him when he is roaming in your bedroom but not 24/7 though.
