Does Mickey itch there? Or try to scratch the bumps much? Do you know if it's ear mites or cankers?
Here's some info I found looking around the Net:

Q: How do you know if your dog has mange?
SAGE's Answer: The classic signs of mange are scaly, red, scabby skin lesions occurring pretty much anywhere on the body, usually pretty itchy but not always. There are two main types of mange, both are potentially contagious to other animals, with one type (Sarcoptic) being potentially contagious to people. A couple of good websites:

Q: My dog has bumps on his skin, best way to explain is they look like bug or spider bites. Could you help me to know what it could be, or something I could try; do for him at home for the time being?
SAGE's Answer: This could be any number of things -- flea bites, allergic reaction, bacterial skin infection, ringworm. It is generally safe to give a dog Benadryl for something like this but you should check with your vet first in case a different, more specific treatment is indicated.
