You did the right thing by having the call screen activated. I worked for the local telephone company for 8 years and blowing the whistle into the phone was the first thing I told people to do. Next was the call screen. (Most of the time, it's kids getting a cheap thrill and the whistle stops 'em in their tracks)
If the calls continue after that, the call screen is the next step. At the company I worked for, you did have to get a court order for a trace to be put on the line - but it's not hard to get one at all and it's worth it for your peace of mind.
Make sure you're careful with your personal safety when your hubby is at work: doors and windows locked, blinds closed, etc. I have a permit to carry a pistol and keep it on me at all times. (My son was a cop for 9 years and insisted)
Also, if anything feels "off" at all --- call 911!! That's what it's for and if by chance someone was watching you they'll get the message really quickly that you're not playing around. Cops would rather check out your house and property when you call than have to investigate after something happens.
