She was the first one to ever show the color. She did recieve 2nd place in her point show but the judge did say that as of right now it is considered a fault. She has been working really hard for about 10 years to refurbish the breed and now she is getting ready to apply in january to have them recgonized for show with UKC. They really are great little dogs, most are a little bigger boned than the standard yorkie though. They are very healthy, not rare as some "breeders" state, nor is it the result of a gene mutation. She has done extensive research on the background of the chocolate/liver and tan gene and it comes from one of the dogs (I think it was traced back to about 5 different breeds) that orginally made the standard yorkie.
