i wrote a thread about this a while ago with a similiar incident.. i called my phone company to ask if i could have this # blocked and they said no... and to call the non emergency 911 line so i did cuz i was getting a little scared.. and they told me theres nothing they could do about it but to change my #????
they told me to call my phone company and i said they told me to call u!!!!
i got suggestions from ppl on YT like to blow a whistle into the phone... i had the whistle ready but for some reason after that.. the harasser stopped.... i hope urs will stop too once that person gets a life
