 Update on Brooke 9/22
Hi everyone!
Brooke is doing much better. She is now running and walking. She can stand when she goes the bathroom now!! Yeah!! She still walks a little crooked but she is back to being the sparkling personality she had before. She has been going to acupuncture once a week and I have noticed a positive effect each time she goes. She has alittle more energy and walks straighter after going for a session. She is still on prednisone and phenobarbitol but the vet thinks we will start reducing her doses soon. Which is good because one of the side effects of prednisone is increased hunger and thirst. And Brooke has gained alot of weight!! She is a little chunky monkey! She also goes to chemo every 4 weeks but there are no side affects from the chemo.
