Really sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I think he will be really reluctanct the next time if you ever take him to a groomer. Once a dog has a bad experience at a groomer its hard to recover. As everyone else has suggested, try home grooming and if you are afraid to do the nails to go the vet and have them done. If you lived closer I would recommend my groomer.
