that makes me angry to hear such a thing...How the heck business allows to have so many un-professional groomers affecting the wealth of out love ones!!! I saw an episode once and I was very mad myself where the groomer had no tolerance and she was an a^^ with the puppy...
I am sure he still lookes handsome
Just give him hugs and kisses so he can feel protected by you & hopefully that bad experience can go away soon
