I have taken Riley out a few times for walks and he did really good. He is really been good about going out on wet grass to go potty but he doesn't seem to like the wet cement. He just sits down and refuses to go. What would you suggest I do? He needs to have his walks and with the rainy season on its way he is going to have to walk on wet pavement sometimes...
