if it is a shunt and they take it out will they be back to normal see the vet told me things that can happen after surgery like they can stat segering and stuff when i take him down in 4 days i will get to take to the surgon also does any one have a dog with mvd or who had a shunt how is life with them after u get used to all the med does he have a normal life and is there life expecany still the same if u keep there meds under controll
